About us

Our story

The dental practice of Dr. Natia Grigalashvili was born out of a passion for the profession and a deep desire to help people, putting its expertise at the service of the community.

From the very beginning, her great dream was to become an ever more skilled and competent professional in her field, without ever forgetting the importance of the person, of listening and of humanity.

Our practice's philosophy is built on the commitment to give our patients the time they need, to listen to their needs and to build a personalised care plan together.

We also believe that dentistry is where science meets art: the precision of scientific knowledge combines with sensitivity, care for detail and attention to aesthetics, to offer every patient a thoughtful and complete care experience.

Tips for your smile

What you can do every day.

1

Two minutes, twice a day

Brush your teeth at least morning and evening, for about two minutes, with gentle movements. Replace your toothbrush every three months or when the bristles splay.

2

Don't forget the spaces between your teeth

A toothbrush doesn't reach everywhere: dental floss or interdental brushes, once a day, remove plaque where decay and inflammation form most easily.

3

How often matters, not just how much

For your teeth, how often you eat sugar matters more than how much. Better to keep sweets to mealtimes than to have lots of small snacks throughout the day.

4

Professional cleaning

Tartar can't be removed with a toothbrush. A session every six months is usually recommended, but we'll decide the right frequency for you together during your visit.
